I have been coming here since it was Charles Tax Service! They have been the best for 20 plus years that I have been coming here. Gail is by far the best and I will continue to come to this location as long as I live in Indiana. The staff is so nice and helpful; it’s easy to make an appointment and the fees are more than fair. I have been coming here for years. I love the personal feel of the experience. The workers and tax preparers there do a wonderful job. Once, they even re-did mine with an addendum and I received extra money. They did this well after the fact, at no cost to me. This was a totally wonderful surprise. Service is great, they have a drop off service which is very convenient for me because I work afternoons and dont have much time to go and do my taxes. I dropped off my papers and the following day I received a call that everything was done and ready and I just had to go sign and pay and it only took 5 minutes. Great service and Indira Abanto was quick to explain my returns, thank you and see you next tax season.
